Last week I was getting 30+KBytes/sec from the same Site.

This is not a Best Effort Service it is a NO EFFORT Service.
And don't fall back on the old viris storm excuse, it works fine on the old 33k modem, but why should I be paying twice.

I wonder if Telkom is doing "packet inspection". As im not capped and I can't download any "DEMO" games from my favorite P2P apps.

This is crazy as Im not capped and getting 0.1 KB
