hi guys ive just finished my bottle of Muscle Science Ripped EFX and i have had good results from it. pretty decent weight loss. has anyone had good experiences with other products? e.g. USN phedra cuts? what do you use and what has worked best for you?

Exercise is the best ;) Those things probably burn more money in your pocket than calories.
 
Crack cocaine, it comes with a secondary course of heroin that will get rid of those last few ounces in no time.

Or decent diet and a daily walk.
 
Excercise does not work to loose weight, well at least rapid controlled weight loss, that is.

Depending on what your specific goals are a fat burner might the the solution. To get ripped the fat burners seems to work well although a lot of the results are due to diuretics in the stuff (Animal Cuts for example) otherwise it is a stimulant based concoction mostly containing caffeine. With that being said I suspect that there might also be a placebo effect at play. When on the "stims" you tend to hit the gym harder and more regularly... that is certainly the case for me.

I've read good things about OxyElitePro and I'm also currently using it but have not taken it long enough to provide any significant feedback.
 
oxyelite pro is great for that energy boost at the gym and cutting weight, but be sure your diet is in check too

May I ask how much you weighed just bfore you started the diet?

I have gone from 120kg to 80kg and discovered the joy of running, cycling and MTB.

When it comes to supplements, I once tried USN Phedra Cut XT which was ok and then I moved to two bottles of USN Phedra Cut Hardcore. It really does work well if you combine it with our exercise routine how ever Phedra Cut does affect your hormone levels and I personally found it made me more aggressive and made me become agitated with anything much quicker. It also had a very bad effect on my digestive system. At one stage I ended up not taking a crap for about 6 days - I literally only took a dump once a week.

Anyways, maybe others have better luck on Phedra Cut. It does work if you combine it with good workouts (you can loose 1 to 3kg a week). Perhaps someday I will try the stimulant free version called Phedra Cut SF. Right now I'm quite happy with nothing except enough water and, naturally, exercise.

Have had bee stings, which worked like a bomb, could only get them in Joburg, and now can only get stimulant free, but tried HEAT. Is killer on cutting, but turns you into a killer too. Made me super agressive, so called it a day. Thermogenic (Myogenic Range) is for me a good balance of all. But definately bee stings were the best.
