Best fiber ISP on openserve/telkom?

So I have fiber in my area(telkom/openserve backbone)
Now I just have to decide on the isp. The deals are all very different, some more expensive, others with a free modem, etc, its not cut and dry.
But im more interested in terms of performance, which ISP(vox, webafrica, axxess,etc) do you use and how has it been? What international speeds and latency do you get and hows the streaming?
