I am with Vox and happy on fibre, but I was with Webafrica when I had ADSL and had no issues with them.

I'll have fiber by next march and will be going with Afrihost, they haven't let me down with my current ADSL line
I've heard good things about Vox and Cool Ideas

The only ISP id recommend you avoid from my own experience would be Mweb

Vuma Reach is a separate product from the traditional Vuma Core products which most areas are serviced by.
