Best ISP account for low latency, streaming, gaming, high bandwidth ?

With all the discussions rating various ISPs re: shaping, throttling etc, what is the group consensus for the best account - sub R1500pm - for;

1. Constant Netflix Streaming
2. Constant Internet Radio
3. Low-latency gaming
4. Large (Linux ISO) downloads

I have a 10mb line and wish to use it to the max every month, without being shaped, throttled, or paying exorbitant fees.
 
Check my Sig. The account that works with Twitch part.

Will you be downloading during the day?

If yes I'd say the Axxess Business account. If not, then Web Africa Business.
 
Axxess uncapped 10mb business account for R900 a month seems like a bargain ! Will check it out

How does the WA business uncapped account compare with their capped accounts? How's the Vox account?
I only do about 150gb a month and that's mostly streaming and nzb downloads.

The Web Africa business accounts are on the level of the home capped accounts. So pretty decent. if that's all you do, depending on line speed, it may be cheaper to take the WA uncapped. Just try keep your downloads between 00:00 and 06:00.

Thanks for the feedback.
I'm tired of uncapped and all the nonsense that goes with it. I'm looking for a good capped account or the business uncapped.
