Hopefully everyone rushes back to Mweb then Plugg can go back to what it was..

I just can't live without the concurrent connection option.

I will take that with a pinch of salt

No, I'm serious.

Before the whole Mweb debacle of recent months, Plugg was going fine, better than fine (go read the Plugg feedback thread if you don't believe me). Then a whole lot of Mweb people (dare I say it, the data hogs) jumped ship, and Plugg degraded to near Mweb levels.

I moved to Plugg when Mweb had that long weekend outage and discovered quite by accident that Plugg offers two concurrent connections (shared) to one uncapped account - this is perfect for me since I have very light usage during the day of my Plugg account and it's very convenient to have a private connection at work.

Been trying to proove that mwebs abusers broke the other guys but no one admits. I guess it must be all those updates and games faults

Yeah. I wish the ISPs would come clean and indicate that if you go over 300 gigs you will be shaped into the ground.

Be honest about it rather than all this fudging around

Or just a shaped capped 300mb account for cheap

What he said.
I'm on the 2Mbps package. Hovering around 100gig per month. No throttling.
I've been with Mweb since the early days, when a 28800 dialup modem ruled and I had hair.
Zero hassle, no reason to shop elsewhere.

When I was with mweb i was doing about 100gb a month and then all of a sudden I couldn't get more that 40gb on my 2mb line.

When I complained the tech support women said that I shouldn't complain based on how much I'd done over the course of the year.

Never again, ever in a million years will I give them another cent of my money.
