Dont know much about WA, but my axxess just uncapped is amazing for games. I get 200ms ping to UK for WoW, reguardless of raid size, and <20ms on local servers for FPS... I cant think of anything that could give a better games experience in SA.
If you have a WebAfrica account anything you do on their network is not added to your cap, so anything on the WB network is FREE, Gaming, Downloads etc. You will need to use cap to say login to a game like BF3 but then when you play on a WAGE server its not added to your cap. Hope this helps.
