Best ISP for online gaming

Hi all!

I'm in SA (Cape Town), I am wondering which ISP should I install for online gaming purposes. Most of the time I play SSF4 on my xbox 360. is a 384Kbps fine? sorry im a newbie in online gaming so please go easy with the terms.

I am trying to go for WebAfrica Home Complete (Start) which is a 384kbps is it OK? any other suggestions?????

I am using cybersmart and mine seems fine because they are unshaped but when your network is shaped and then it becomes a problem because some ports get piority over others.
 
I would go for WebAfrica as they offer good quality bandwidth and is great value for money when purchasing the complete package.

They are also looking into adding xbox live to their range of FreeZone traffic (in other words, any bandwidth used on something that is freezoned wont end up counting towards your cap usage). Go visit the WAGE website.

But as far as the connection speed is concerned, the 384Kb/s line will be very playable on locally hosted games, but if you're able to afford a 4mb/s line, I'd highly recommend it.
 
384k is more than enough

SSF4 = Super Street Fighter 4. It's P2P I think, playing it with locals should be perfectly fine.

For the love of...

I hate it when people spin the "If it's the best, then why isn't everyone using it?"

WAGE has only been around for about a year now, so most people have already chosen their favorite ISP and preferred game servers. The hassle of migrating to a new setup for some just isn't worth the trouble.

But surely you've heard of WAGE before?
