Best ISP for online gaming?

I have started playing Guild Wars 2, I have noticed at more or less the same time every night I experience slow downs. This seems to be mostly rectified by restarting the router.

Is this an ISP issue?

Easiest way to test before changing ISPs is grabbing the free Web Africa 2GB to test first.

If that's also slow then you know it's not your ISP and could be your exchange since you say it's only at night.

I use web africa and it seems pretty good for gw2.
I was worried you guys would lag out just before that skillpoint.
My line is a bit dodgy though so I need to reboot my router at least once a day.

Telkom internet is known to have international latency issues when it comes to gaming.

Anything besides openweb/mweb/axxess and you are good.
