Best ISP on MTN FTTH network

Currently on capped MTN account on the MTN FTTH network and want to upgrade to uncapped at higher speed.
- I'm only aware of Firestream, Cool Ideas and Smart Villages as other ISP's on the MTN fibre network, are there any others?
- How can I test the service of an ISP before committing to a contract (on ADSL I'd get a trial account to test for a day or 2)
- Any recommendations of ISP for obtaining decent pings and downloads from the US and Europe?

Unfortunately you cant test a service with their network as the line is configured for a particular ISP.
