Best ISP with 4MB Uncapped FUP/AUP?

Out of interest, is there any feedback as to which ISP has the best Uncapped FUP/AUP for a 4MB line these days?

I'm a bit out of the ADSL loop.

So...

4MB downloading 24/7 @ full speed. How far would I get before I'm throttled?

Been with crystalweb for a few weeks now. Im yet to see my line speed drop.
4mb premium uncapped. I dont download 24/7 though, so best to call or livechat with them regarding their fup. We stream all day, everyday in our household.

Uncapped is a waste of time. Get a capped account. It's way faster with everything. Just schedule your downloads
