I know this is been discussed before i just want a fresher post,

Best ISP to go with for purely WoW gaming, The Cap that gets you through the month and the cost, I've ordered a 4mbit line. I know speeds are not a huge factor of latency, so with that said what would be the ideal package.

the only reason why people would recommend getting a 4mb line is because the upload transfer rate is higher than the lower ones, which makes a difference in latency sometimes

I'd recommend Web Africa unshaped, they're pretty cheap, easy to use and allows you to either SAIX or Verizon unshaped on your purchased bandwidth without having to buy a different account or pay for more bandwidth
