Best ISP?

I've read many of the other treads and still havent got a clear indication of the best ISP. I am about to get ADSL, looking at 384kbps, and either a 2gb or 3gb cap.

Been looking at Imaginet, WebAfrica, and TelkomInternet. Which will let me download the most and just be the most reliable, for the best price?
I've heard Telkom lets you go over your cap the most? So is a 2gb from Telkom maybe better than a 3gb from WebAfrica for the same price?

Get a telscum 3GB account and 1GB prepaid WebAfrica account, then when you get capped switch to WebAfrica, that's what I do

people go on about Telkom this and that.sorry but having 'uncapped' internet theres nothing to think about.....
im on my 11th day of having a 2 gig account.im at 4.4 gigs now kinda says alot

This type of question gets asked a lot. What about a poll with like the top 20 names or sumthin like it, then we can immediately see who's hot and who's not?

Openweb is a bit slower internationally, but they do provide a 3 gig cap and afterwards a 30gig local only cap.

This package is also offered in 2gig international and 30gig local

As well as 1gig international and 10 gig local

Im a NEWBIE! i got my adsl on the 16th of this month.I was petrified of the cap.Now im at 4 gigs on my 2 gig account il let you know when im capped

I also use telkom and always get more than 10gb But other than that i would recommend Web Africa

That website looks seriously dodgy + the domain looks like its hosted on free dns hosting server.Doesnt say much about the company's technical abilities.

I am not here to bash other ISPs but seriously what a homepage... My mum could probably have designed something that doesn't say - I have a 'HTML for Dummies' book on my desk and I don't know how to use it...

No disrespect to the site designer - stick to what you are good at and that is probably some hardcore perl scripting...
