Best .jar file emulator

As per title, whats the best .jar file emulator you've come across for pc?

The only one I really used was some wireless toolkit thing... Can't recall specifics

Talking about something like the SJboy emulator...

you can run the .jar and .sis games and apps you would install on your phone on your pc with SJboy, i'm just checking if there is anything out there better than it

edit: i also tried the Java Virtual Machine Launcher but it comes up with an error saying it "failed to load main-class attribute from......". So that's a FAIL
