Best laser colour printer under R10k?

Bonus if it has A3, but not essential.

From that list I'm thinking the Brother HL-L8360CDW ?

Some of these printer stats make no sense:
The Brother above is good for 4,000 prints a month and the toners have a yield of 9,000 prints.

On the other hand the HP M255DW is good for 40,000 prints a month but the various toners they offer only go up to 3,150 prints???
