Best Netbook under 3K

Hi guys,

I'm looking to get a netbook with the ffg specs,

Minimum 250gb Hdd
10.1' LED screen
1Gb Ram, either 1033Mhz or 866
Windows 7, starter is fine
6cell battery
Webcam
Multi Card reader
HDMI - not critical
3g reader, sim card slot
Intel Atom N455 or N550 chipset.

Please can someone advise me where's the best place to get something similar, and less the 3k.
