Who is the best (NON IS) ISP ? we are looking at 15GB packages

I know that allyoucaneat & Axxess are great and have been looking around hellkom but need some input from you guys...

Who do you guys use, and who is best?

The best non IS ISP has got to be one of the Verizon resellers. Less than R99 per gig at www.Vanilla.co.za (no frills) - it has great international latency - very low - and is unshaped and best of all not Telkom... I get very consistent speeds.

At R41.60 per GiB on their 384kbps package you can't beat Cybersmart (SAIX network) when it comes to price.
Always get good speeds and hardly ever have network issues.

well i have a saix account at webafrica to play my online games with and no problems what so ever so far so i would say go for webafrica
