Best Nvidia Card?

What is the best Nvidia Card on the market atm? I want to sli another one with it eventually...but want to upgrade to 1 for now. Also, is there a radeon equivalent or superior? If so, what is it?

GTX 580 is the fastest nvidia currently

you don't need SLI you can get more than enough out of one card, I have the ASUSENGTX580 and it runs every type of game smooth full of graphics (just make sure you get a decent power supply thou).

Radeon 6980 I think but its not near the mark of a 580.

GTX 580 is the fastest card... period. 80+ efficient 850W Supply minimum for SLI.
