Hi

What is the best Office software you've been used so far?

Multiple choice poll this time.

1. StarOffice 3.1
2. OpenOffice 1 to 3
3. Office 97
4. Office 2000
5. Office XP
6. Office 2003
7. Office 2007
8. Office 2010
9. KOffice
10. Other

Office 97 is not my favourite because that **** paperclip annoys the heck out of me. Haven't used Office 2000 or XP, but 2003 a lot, and it was the best of them all.

Office 2007 sucks, takes ages to load, and is slower than 2003. You'd think they would make it smaller, leaner and faster, but it just get bigger and bloat more with every new release.

Open Office is for home users who now and then need to type up a CV or need some numbers laid out with Calc, and now and then open some joke presentation they recieve in email. So there's now no more excuse to use unlicensed MS Office. And yeah people for the last friggin time - MS OFFICE IS NOT PART OF THE OPERATING SYSTEM!!

2003 was cool I have to admit. Easy to use and opened documents quite quick. 2007 is rubbish. Hate it with a passion!
And based on comment, I will try 2010 sometime this week :-)
Open Office is also very nice. Not hard to use for basic functions.

I installed 2010.. it's like 2007.. nothing really different.. well i haven't really used it for long though..
