What's the best ISP for once of prepaid data you can buy with expiry of at least 6 months? I checked all Vodacom's options and they don't have anything of the sort.

Back in the day I used to buy 3GB from CellC for R299 which only expired after 12 months. So it was fine for my phone because I only needed it when there was no WiFi around (rarely).

Capitec has a data option that never expires (provided you use the sim card once at least every 6 months) through you may need to be a Capitec client to qualify for the sim card, I have never used them so can't vouch for how good they are but they use Cell C's backend (which I believe in turn uses either Vodacom or MTN's backend) so should be pretty good. You can get 5GB of never expiring data for R225.

You can try megsapp.com. Runs on MTN. They are likely to have BF deals so maybe worth the wait until then if you can.

Cell C Home Connecta Flexi - 50+50GB for R209. Previously you could keep rolling over the unused data indefinitely. In the last few weeks though some of the data that I have accumulated over the past three years seems to have disappeared so they may have changed the data rollover rules.

Thanks will check these out. It doesn't have to be for an existing sim. Just need some backup data for the next 6 months in case my Telkom LTE is giving issues. Will have fibre afterwards.

CellC still has 6/12 month once off options.

I can't find this bundle on CellC. Largest is 40+40 at R259. Has the above been discontinued?
I used to buy the 50+50GB 14 day bundle for R209 from the USSD menu of the router. I can only see the 100GB 30 day bundle for R269 at the moment. The 30 day bundle is always more expensive although both bundles could be rolled over before the expiry date to extend the data so they were essentially the same apart from requiring an additional rollover.

It appears that Cell C is attempting to increase the price of this bundle again. They tried to do this twice previously and after many customers complained and stopped purchasing the bundle they brought it back again at R199 or R209 as a 14 day bundle. I will keep looking and post here again if I find it.

These are the bundles that I could find last night on the USSD menu of my B618.

Same here. Is it on app, USSD or web?
I used to buy it regularly from the USSD menu. I last bought it at the end of August for R209. In September I switched over to the Cool Ideas/Vodacom 10Mbps 5G package for R199pm which has a much larger 200GB FUP.

I was hoping that Cell C would offer some cheaper prepaid 5G bundles but they still haven't announced anything so I decided to move over to Cool Ideas since they provide great support on this forum.

500mb R76
1gb R94
2gb R164
4gb R274
6gb R389
10gb R529
15gb R629
30gb R839
50gb R959
100gb R1229

Crazy that I can't find this anywhere online. Like they're intentionally hiding it. The 4gb one would work for me on my phone for example but I didn't know about it.
