Best package for light users

I'm trying to set up a friend with ADSL. which ISP do u guys think offers best value for money- needs to include line rental, bandwidth etc.
He's only gonna be using it for mail, browsing etc- I doubt if more than 1 gig is necessary.

Most of the 384kbps line + 1GB cap packages are R199 (WebAfrica and Telkom DoBroadband 1).

I may be mistaken, but I remember reading about Nashua offering 384kbps + 1GB for around R160 or so (it was less than WebAfrica, Telkom etc.).

But your friend is definitely looking at around R199.
