I am thinking of getting ADSL but am not sure which package to go for - should I be going for a shaped/unshaped (and what does that mean) etc. If their are any links to info like this please post them!

Start out with the cheapest option, HomeDSL384, shaped, on a 30 day notice contract with Telkom as your ISP. If you find you need more then change your ISP a/c, but try to avoid contracts. Problem solved.

Thanks - I shall properly do that, how about a section of the Main site dedicated to helping people choose the best braodband option - it would definitly help a few!
I think that's what the Broadband Ratings Report is for.
