Best pen and pad for annotating

Any thoughts on what one should spend for a decent pen/pad for annotating?
We need it for teaching purposes.

Kindle Fire and a good stylus.
Cheap solution that would work.
I've got one and works fine.

I use one of these as a “whiteboard” as am working remote. Works great and is Bluetooth.

Smaller one is around R2500 odd and the larger is around R4000 odd.

I have been searching and i see this is a very popular version.

So these devices are known as pen tablets. I found a few options:

Huion
Veikk
Xp-pen
Wacom.
Parblo

Veikk seems to be the best when it comes to price/quality combined.
