Best phone under R2000? Advice needed

As per subject line, i'm looking for a best phone under R2000

main points:
- build quality
- battery life
- HD screen
- overall good value for money

Apparently Xiaomi Redmi 2 is one of the best options available in SA?

Great option but it doesn't have an HD Screen as per your "main points"
I don't think there is anything with an HD screen available in SA at that price at the moment.

at 1280 x 720 it's fine my Moto G has that resolution and it's perfectly fine.

HD = 1280x720
FHD = 1920x1080

That phone is perfect for the price!
 
Thank you for your comments! The cheapest deal for Redmi 2 I found so far is at Dion wired for R1900, or is there a better deal somewhere?
 
You can pick up a blackberry Z3 for R2000. Great phone i had it for 1 year now and no problems.

How does it feel in your hands? I mean build quality...
How is the camera, especially in low light?
Mediatek chip set somehow doesn't attract me... Or is it good?
Screen is 5 inch but not HD
2 GB ram is a huge advantage!
