Best PS4 7.1 Gaming headset?

Hey Guys,

So im currently on the market for new gaming headset for my PS4 as the PS Platinum headsets had a faulty left ear piece (apparently common).

The main feature I am looking for would be 7.1 surround sound. I am not particular about wireless or wired.

As it stands the Astro A40s seem top of the pick especially since A50s are virtually know where to be found.

What are your thoughts and suggestions?

Don't let availability of the A50's in SA stop you - get it from Amazon. Over the past two years iv'e ordered a few tech items and haven't paid more than what i would here even with the shipping and duties (which is all included when you check out, no surprises). Just do a bit of comparison to make sure before you buy.
