Easiest dish to make for guests without takin too much of my time.

If you’re buying, then you gotta buy something you pretend to have cooked at home.

Indian is good for this, you serve a curry and trick your guests into thinking it's home-cooked, the same way the restaurant tricked you into thinking it didn’t come out of a can.

WW preprepared meals. Buy double the quantity because they say feeds 4 when they actually feed 2.

If you want to cook yourself make lasagne the day before then heat it for guests.

@Chynna just disappeared on us.

I reckon the dinner party was tonight and they’re busy hosting.

Those 'feeds four' meals barely satiate just me. No chance I would ever share mine with three others. It's survival of the fittest in this house.

Butter chicken curry.
It's quick and easy. Chicken fillet cooks really fast. It's one of my lazy go-to dishes.

No one really cooks restaurant style curry at home. There is not that much sugar available at home (looking at SA based restaurants here) :cool:
