Best replacement for Foxit?

My (up-to-date) Foxit reader is giving me grief on multiple PCs so its getting canned.

What do I replace it with? (Not Acrobat).

I know there is an open source one called Sumatra PDF. I don't use it all the time, only have it as backup as portable application on USB stick.
