Butternut soup is easy and yum.

5 onions
5 bags of split peas
1 enormous stock pot
1 handheld stick blender
= WIN!!!!
Best soup in JHB is home made soup. Soup pack, lentils, Beef shin and a few other goodies.
Even if I had time, my biggest problem is what spices, and "other goodies" to use.
That's what I said.Where's the rest of the ingredients? That's just an average base for a proper soup.
