Best System for R3000

Whats the best system that I can build for aroung R3000 (incl vat). I already have hard drives and optical drives so it's just the case, motherbaord, 1gig RAM @ cpu. 64 to 128MB graphics will be fine. The 3000 should be the cost price since I'll be getting it from the Distributor. ThanX

Well I don't don't have time to go through all the distributors pricelists and check for pricelists, specials etc. So I thought it would be easier. I'm also not registered with all the distributors so if you for instance told me that it would be cheaper to get the parts at a certain distributor which I'm not yet registered with, I got could get registered and get the stuff. I only only deal with a few distributors but I know of many other that I don't have accounts with.
