My Dad took out a Cell C special 2 years ago, SmartData postpaid 2GB for 24 months at R99 a month. Its just for his iPad. It has since expired and the monthly cost has jumped to R279 without him realizing, so he would now like to cancel the contract and find another one for less. Does anyone know the best contract to go for?
