Best UPS for home use

Hi

I am trying to find the best UPS for home use. I had too many duds over the last two years. I am hoping for some recommendations.

1) it must be quiet. No loud fans constantly spinning. No constant beeping. It can beep when the battery has less than 10 min standby at the most. Fans must only run when really necessary and they must be quiet. This is critical for me.
2) pure sinewave
3) must power my PC and router for 2:30 hours. PC has a 750W powersupply (draw will be less but peak will be more)

Any recommendations out there?

i only use APC UPS's and i open them up and stick a big blob of prestik over the beeper. Reduces the beeping by well over 50% so it doesnt annoy me.
For 2 and a half hrs you are gonna want a massive UPS that is gonna bankrupt you seen as you want Pure Sine Wave as well

there is already a thread on the Mecer 2400VA Inverter by Redviking, its modified sinewave and by the looks of things everyone is pretty happy with it

Turned off the beeping on mine using the APC PowerChute software. It has stayed quite.
