Best Value Vacuum mop combo?

How is it holding up a year later? Started looking into these hard floor cleaning machines as mopping dirt around doesn't make sense to me.

Has the Tineco been reliable?
Thus far no problems to report on, and we are using it a lot. Will recommend it to anyone looking for something to cut down on cleaning time

Thanks, are you using their cleaning detergent or just pure water?

Do you ever have to clean the floors using regular methods or does the Tineco fully cover your floor cleaning needs?

Does anyone have a robot vacuum and mop?
Any feedback on how well they perform?

I mostly just clean with water, Im still on the original bottle of detergent. in the open and on the sides it cleans way better then any mop, right in the corners I sometimes use a wet wipe. I like to clean the carpets with it as well, my wife doesnt

Awesome thanks for the feedback! I'm sort of considering one of the two entry level models as it's just a 2 bedroom flat I have to clean. Every room is tiled

Edit, just saw the price. Who am I to take her enjoyment away.
I dont generally buy expensive gadgets, for me it must make monetary sense.
We wash our own clothes, with 3 children we need to do a load every day or every other day in any case. We dont like ironed clothes, we do the dishes every night because we like a clean kitchen when we go to bed.
The only thing that we needed someone for was to clean the house, so either we can buy this one, spend 30minutes every few days and save on a cleaning lady, or get a cleaning lady. We went with the Tineco

What’s the required maintenance regiment on something like this? As in, how often do you have to clean the filters and how much time does it take? We, like you, like a clean home and found that these sort of compact machines saved no time because you end up spending time after each use cleaning filters to keep them working at optimum.
We’ve opted for the alternate which is the missus vacuums and I chase with the mopping. A good vacuum cleaner with hepa filters only needs a clean out every couple of weeks and costed half of what these were going for.

It helps that we are not slobs, and clean up after ourselves. If I use the kitchen, I clean the kitchen.

I pay my daughter R100 a week for her to do the dishes i.e. unload and load the dishwasher.

About once, sometimes twice a month we get a cleaning service to help.

After cleaning, we place the Tineco on its charging station and start the self cleaning cycle, that takes about 30 seconds to 1 Min, once done we just empty out the dirty water tank into the toilet and rinse it out, takes all of 1 minute.
