Best Value vs Fair Value

Telkom is happy to shout to all with ears that MyADSL rated one of their services as "BEST VALUE" for money in the SA Broadband arena.

This says nothing about FAIR VALUE.

I believe we will be united in Telkom that none of their products offer FAIR VALUE.

What about a poll:

Do you believe Telkom ADSL offers fair value for money?

Yes or no or don't know?

Obviously Telkom will only quote (and twist) anything remotely positive that we say about them. We should be more careful in future about how we word polls so as to make them impossible to twist....

Fair value? Not a chance!
