Best way to delete ALL data and Apps

Hi, going to sell my BB 9780, what is the best way to ensure that all personal data and Apps are deleted forever !
Is it Security Swipe or is there a Factory Reset somewhere ?

Go to options -> There is a factory reset/wipe option. It might be in Security, I can't remember.

This has been my problem. I'm afraid that my files and photos are not safe even if I delete them from the phone.

Download a Windows program called BBSAK - short for BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife. it allows you to wipe the phone completely.
