Best way to learn flash

So I've been doing CMS websites for quite some time and always had someone else doing the flash banners and inserts for me. I think it's time I get to do these myself. What would you recommend for learning flash? I see there are MANY tutorials online if I Google, but they don't really teach you to become from start to end. Any free lessons online for learning flash?

Well if you want to create interactivity with the flash content or application you create, you will need to learn action script.
It'll take you a few months to get the basics but from there you can move on the intermediate to advanced applications.
The graphics and animations mostly relies on your creativity and ability to create graphics on a computer.

If there is a flash application you have an interest in there are a few flash de-compilers which you can use to reverse engineer the flash application.

Simple Flash 101 can be learnt from youtube videos. advance stuff, try some books or websites google is your friend
