Chelsea could be on their way to getting in mpore record books.
1. Having a player of exceedingly high talent flop in all three major leagues.
2. Having the most overrated players playing a first team in England... EVER.
Damn I hope I'm wrong... but I just can't see the silver lining this season.

I would say Keane followed by Arshavin. Not convinced the latter is all that special just yet. Let's give him a few weeks...

True, but in terms of potetntial I think Arshavin can be one of the worl'd best players.
Difficult to say as they play in different positions. Also Huntelaar only dominated in the Ducth Leage. A league where Dirk Kuyt was banging in 30+ goals a season. How has he done at Madrid thus far?

If you think back that there were rumours that Totenham or Chelsea wanted to pay between £25m and £30m in the summer transfer window and realise that the shrewd business acumen that MR Wenger has that he got Arshavin at £10mor £12 to be payed over I think its 2 years then yo have to say its darn good business.
Have to wait and see true worth once his effect on the team shows but if a player of his quality and experience comes into a team of youngsters, and remember that a certain Cesc Fabregas has to return in about 2 months time and also Walcott and Rosicky and Eduardo, the quality of the side would be tremendous.
Hoping for a good end of season run-in, Gerard out for 3 weeks will almost paralyse Liverpool and seeing that Villa got very difficult games left, I cannot help but hope that 3rd place is not as dreamy as first place, actually very likely and possible.
