Beware these MTN, Vodacom billing scams

Not just scammers. Take someone like MeandYouMobile.
You can set a max credit/spend limit of R150, and they will happily send you a bill for R400 and tell you that you used data in one session that could not be ended in time, and demand payment for the full R400 on a R150 cap.
Then, when you tell them you did not use that much data and ask them to show 300 megs of use in one session on a cellpone, they will insist it is you even though they cannot prove data use, and bill you accordingly.

Lots of these scam artists around, especially when it comes to data that is not a tangible thing that can be physically seen. And always easy to blame it on a phone rather than a network stealing airtime.
