Beware when renewing your contract

I upgraded my acc last month

guy at morningside says my monthly fee goes up by about R50. I can live with that since its still in line with our work cell policy.

I've lost all my carried over data and calls, which I can live with (with some grumbling since they never mentioned this) but then....


Get the bill, my account has increased by R300!! Try to log a query on the website no response. Send a email (no response) send another email no response

Tried calling now (808) and eventually after holding forever my call gets cut off...

Seriously bad service

Any MTN cronies out there who can help me???
 
What contract were you on and what are you on now??.
 
MTN 350 promo

now on a choice 200 promo

its all these extra this service and that service and extra this and that promo fee which I have no clue about

been trying for 2 days to contact 808 but there seems to be a problem as the call just gets cut

I think they've all left the country....
 
they wacked you with some sort of connection fee. It is once off. Not charged on 350 or higher.

Was helping another person, awhile ago. And that's what was mentioned if they went down to 200
