Normally, my SPAM mail folder has e-mails from obscure people from overseas selling databases of names etc. I have never received a South African one, until today:

Pricing and Minimum order quantity:
We have a MOQ of 1000 records and our pricing per record starts at R1.80, you can see our pricing guildine below:
- 1 - 10,000 records at R1.80 per record
- 10,001 - 20,000 records at R1.65 per record
- 20,001 - 35,000 records at R1.50 per record
- 35,001 - 50,000 records at R1.35 per record
- 50,001 - 100,000 records at R1.00 per record
- 100,001 - 500,000 records at R0.65 per record
- 500,001 - 1,000,000 records at R0.35 per record
- Orders above 1,000,001 at R0.20 per record
Response rate:
The industry standard response rate is 15%, meaning that if you have more than 15% of invalid records then we will replace those records. We can boast this is successful for both our database and email marketing campaigns.

Age of database:
We basically query our data monthly, meaning the records could be between a week to two months old. This is updated with the new lists we recieve and we compare the two sets of data side-by-side and replace the old data with new data.

Source of Data:
We source our OPT IN DATA from various third party call centers who do canvassing for the big cellular giants like MTN, VodaCom and Cell C on a monthly basis and make this available to companies like yourself.

Place an order:
To place an order we need to you to provide us with the following:
- Age
- LSM
- Estimated Income bracket
- Gender
- Race
- Area
- Quantity of records required

We will then forward you a quote based on your quantity required and if you are happy we will provide you with an invoice and banking details.
