BF and NC takedown

true remember SAFACT is offering a R100 000

What would you do with that money dude ??????

l2readlawlolnumbnuts

NH and BF are not hosting the files locally so in essence you(and i use you, because you seem very proud of yourself). You wouldn't get a set, as you have not lead to the apprehension of piracy. They might send a little take down notice, but like the phoenix a new revolution will be born. If the MPAA cannot win against thepiratebay or mininova, there is no way little ol bum **** RI$A is going to win.

LOKL

You got it so wrong are you thinking am the one .................lmao:eek:

if so

i was maybe i should type slower ....................................the person who reported the sites would of cashed in a R100 000 for reporting them.

The question is who/what person would turn down the offer...if they are in financial difficulty:cool:

Strange, while accessing NH directly Fails, I was still able to log into NH with my account using an international web proxy (cache cleared iow)... albeit verrrrrrry slowly. Last uploaded file showing now was at 10:54:11. Am I being served some intl cached page or what?

The court case is kinda a nobrainer looking at what's going on international. The problem is the financial backing to fight such a case. A few thousand bucks an hour for a advocate compared to just taking your site down. It's sad but that's how they bully the public, with financial ruin.

Hmmm...anybody else recall when the Staff Writer was called an "anon ******?" good times

whistleblower I hear you say ?

me wonders if anyone recalls a particularly public spat on here regarding one of the local sites and a disgruntled user.

//Oh well, walks off and allows the rest to ponder over the new info.

click on me sig and stare in awe and wonder.

Local torrents will rise again. A few months time, the dust will settle, some current BF users will start afresh (new name, new site, new members) hopefully this time people will keep it a private community (you just need 1 loud mouth to screw up everything!), I see it happening. Of course I won't know either way, but hey - my little theory of the day :p

Too all the people who were actually talking about NC - die in a fire - its because of you that the authorities catch on to these things... complete idiots...

I can still access NC, but the notice is up and they arent sure when its going to go down.

Pity...

Bitfarm Sucks
Oooooh elite bitfarm power users, I'm scared.
The secret torrent site that everyone knows about anyway?
what a crock of @#$@. I recently got banned and yes i am a bit sour.
I only had a 30 GB cap, download 20 gb upload 10. I thought that was fair?

So i got a warning, cool i said I'll split it 50/50. No they said i had until the end of the week to correct my ratio!!!!! WTF! upload 20 GB with a 512 line in 3 days? so they banned me anyway.

These guys are on a power trip! i hope they all go to jail LOL.
I can just see the headlines on mybroadband.

noob that is for companies, it does not apply to torrent sites,
remember there is nothing illegal on a torrent server
everything on a torrent server is legal how do you think pirate bay and demonoid are still up

also if these sites get taken down give it a week or 2 and a new more secure site will be up

I think the best would be if tracker sites host them on 30GB local only 4mb/s lines. That should cover the problem from the hosts moaning!

Pretoria Telephone Directory...

I am gonna take down the Pretoria Telephone Directory...you see, they divulge info about me, how to contact me without my consent.

A torrent site just links up ppl with a common interest. They don't actually host the files. Are we going to criminalize the sharing of a few *addresses* if it does not please someone? Goodness, if that happens, I say, get out of the country. It won't be safe for long. First, my right to have my friends phone numbers on my phone. What next, my memories?

Okay, that was a little abstract, but try to get the point?! lol!

If you guys wanna help out financially so that we can get a lawyer to represent Newshost and BitFarm, please PM me. There is an account set up already.
