For anyone wanting BF3. Found it on special here.

NOTE: Seems you need to connect via a US VPN/proxy to access the reduced rate link. Once it's in your cart and you click checkout, you should be able to disconnect from the VPN however.
- You guys can try using Anchorfree or SecurityKISS to get a US IP. Free account offers 300MB a day apparently.
P.S. I tried to purchase the Origin special for $7 which was impossible. Tried VPN's, Paypal everything. Payment authorisation kept failing.
Eventually found the site above and purchased it from there using Paypal and redeemed the serial key in Origin.
