BF4 just connecting forever

Right so, im not sure if this is the right place but here goes anyway.

Since last week bf4 will not work with my isp(Cybersmart)! it just connects forever and does not load the level.
I cant load the origin store either, it just shows the loading circle.

I changed to my afrihost account and...everything works perfectly. By that i mean i can actually play the game and load the origin store.

I called Cybersmart today and they said everything was fine on there side. They said there not blocking anything on there side it must be my side.

How would i go about troubleshooting this?

If it works with Afrihost and not with Cybersmart then cybersmart is the problem... Ill take it you dont change routers when you change accounts?

Its definitely cybersmart side. They mailed me today saying they have a problem with some clients not being able to connect.
and yeah i dont change routers lol
