bf4 question

Oky so a friend bought 2 digital deluxe bf4's

one for him and me through origin ..

he loaded his game just fine /accepting the key ect

though he emailed me the other key he bought,i punched it in but it tells me it's not a valid key?!

so tried a few times,it even asked me to confirm is this the game..confirmed !

then on the 4th try it told me "code already in use"

any ideas why?

because the key is registered on his origin account, he would have to contact origin and have them move it to your account.

with steam you say you buying it as a gift and then can send it to someone.
I don't think origin works that way. yet!

Did he gift it too your origin account, if not then he purchased both on his profile name.

he probably got both on his account,but can he arrange to move the key to my account?

you can try and arrange it with their Live Chat,

otherwise let him request a refund on the one and then just buy it again,

but on your account

EDIT: when he looks in his ORIGIN GAMES, does he have 2 BF4's ?
