BFBC2 - Issues

Hi All

Apologies if this has been covered else where but I seem to be having a large number of issues with this game. I'll just list em and see if anyone else is experiencing them and possibly has a solution.

1) I cannot play as an engineer. As soon as I spawn as an engineer I have no guns, my UI freezes and the game crashes.
2) I cannot enter a vehicle. Same as above.
3) I cannot pick up other player kits. Same as above.
4) My single player campaign never allows me to go past the first mission. Game crashes at the end restarts and puts me at the start of the single player campaign again.
5) When using the grenade launcher as assault my game will randomly lock-up.

My game is legit and patched to the most recent version. I'll list my system specs below:

CPU: Intel Core 2 E6600 @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 2GB
GFX Card: 8800 GTS (Latest Drivers as per Nvidia's driver tool)
OS: Windows XP (SP3)

Thanks in advance. This game looked awesome but appears to be buggy as hell.

Well never quite encountered that problem before. First thing I would try is to go back a driver version.

This might be due to a faulty patch, or just a corrupt file.
Reinstall the game (and cut your current game to a different directory) and try playing without the patches. See if it works then.
