Brief Description:

• We are specifying PowerBI, but candidates needs to be able to actually build dashboards using PowerBI, with the business intelligence understanding that certain users want to only see certain things. (a basic PowerBI skillset will not work here) i.e. he/she will need to be capable of creating dashboards that provide summary data to execs, and provide the ability to drill down to more granular levels for operational staff.
  
• *He/she will need to be able to create granular SSRS reports for certain audiences, and be able to publish and schedule these.

Requirements:

• SSIS / ETL skill will definitely be required.
  
• He/She will need to have an eye for design and colour – this client is very UI conscious.
  
• Must be able to create reports (SQL Server + Power BI)
  
• MS SQL
  
• Power BI
  
• Understand medical data – highly advantageous
  
• Young but mature candidates
  
• Work at director/executive level on their own – must be presentable + confident + logical + mature
  
• Will interpret data in an unstructured format
  
• Scope and estimate
  
• Communicate and translate back to management
  
• Highly pressurized
  
• Overtime may be required
  
• Previous insuance industry is advantage
