Imagine a future where internet connections are not only lightning-fast but also remarkably reliable, even in crowded spaces.

This vision is rapidly approaching reality, thanks to new research on terahertz communications technologies.
 
The earth's atmosphere is a strong absorber of terahertz radiation in specific water vapor absorption bands, as seen in Fig. 1, so the range of terahertz radiation is limited enough to affect its usefulness in long-distance communications. However, at distances of ∼10 m the band may still allow many useful applications in imaging and construction of high bandwidth wireless networking systems, especially indoor systems.3

So basically it's useless for outdoor 6G applications.

Oh puhleez, they can't even roll out 5G properly yet.

They can, just not here.

Nor are they going yo roll out 6G properly.

Doing things properly - is not part of the South African DNA.

Here we just do the bare minimum, and nothing more. Doing something right, the way it should be done. Never mind doing it properly first time, and doing the extra mile, to ensure maximum benefit is derived from your efforts. Well, it just does happen here, often.
 
Why you made the claim?
There is no 5G yet, anywhere. Apart from a few 100m spots they employ 5G NSA which uses an LTE uplink to get around the distance limitations. In practice all the connections really function as 4G. Now imagine with this you have a transmitter everywhere 10m from each other. You might as well deploy fibre everywhere.

What does this have to do with Cell C.
