Lol...when you can be rewarded for being slight less useless than usual.

We know this lot will work out a way to game the system. More effort will be put into figuring out how to exploit the system than they do just doing the work.

What a joke... How about doing performance reviews on all of them and cut 30% workforce and see the rest fall in line quickly! The problem is too many lazy workers impacting the morale of the ones actually doing some work.

Then maybe think about incentives for the ones pulling their weight.

How effective this initiative is will be determined by how it is conducted. In other words, is this just a paper exercise or a concerted effort to get rid of useless employees? I suspect the trade unions will have a lot to say here.

But, but.........we were led to believe morale was sky high, what now?? Lmao

What bs is that,in all my working life you done your work to a speed and standard if you didn't you where out. Poor supervision ,let's people do this with so many wanting jobs change this poor acceptance of poor work and attitude and get rid of them sure majority are only laborers. John white

"Performance incentives"

How about a whip to whip the piss out of them.
If they cant work for their money then get people who can
I don't completely agree.

Poor management causes low morale. Skilled workers sit with their hands tied due to mismanagement and poor budget calls.

And then there are those that deserve the whip.

So paying them extra to do the job that they are suppose to do.
Yeah salaries is what you get for doing a job. But don't underestimate the morale boosting power of seemingly frivolous things such as a weekly best performer certificate, etc.

Silly as it is, it DOES work.

You don't have a performance incentive scheme whee you work? Of course assuming you toil for your wages like most people.
If you work in an environment where everyone has a specific post grade, performance incentive options are limited.
