From what I could see its not just SA, its over the Globe since 1992 "under supervision of the EU". It started slowly unnoticeable at 1st under a cloud of new narratives(Digital-Abstracts). Later on they started moving in on spares, and apart from maintanance spares became a huge problem, centralising the spares only to find it became more and more difficult to get..as if it dissappeared in thin air.....Part of a failed idelogy playing out, now costing the whole world dearly. You cannot go forward with out common sense, foresight, sense for quality that last, simplicity. If these lack in leadershop you going nowhere in the long run, simply because money & resources dont fall from heaven as some might think. Crazsy posiyive ideas is not enough(in reality), however with digital sny crazy idea can be manufactured quickly(The great push of projects/credit/money/channelling).
The following things kills corruption/Fraud:
1-Honesty(Good side)
2-Dissipline(Good side)
3-Simplicity.......Modern Corruption/fraud hide in digital abstract complexities.
4-Verification at least from a 3+-Point perspective, these should match always. I have seen how the planned/books/physical can differ if not verified correctly.

Oh it's an ANC problem, but not in the way people think. Things were working perfectly fine under that corrupt individual with no load shedding whatsoever. Then ADR took over and started cleaning house and suddenly we hear things about sabotage and things start falling apart with stage 8 load shedding under a Covid standstill. I don't think we know the extent to which Eskom has been infiltrated. The only way to get rid of the rot is to completely dismantle it and replace it which is why they're fighting so hard against that.

Corruption / Fraud, in fact any crime, is only killed where there is:
1. A competent police force, along with intelligence services to swiftly investigate, gather evidence, arrest and charge the perpetrators;
2. A competent judiciary to swiftly and successfully prosecute, pass judgement, and mete out punitive sentences; and
3. A competent department of correctional services to ensure that punitive sentences are carried out.
We have none of the above, due to AA, BEE and Transformation, and the little that we have left are used to unlawfully spy on, prosecute and jail political opponents of the state.
