i have a problem on my scooter. it over charge the battery in such a way that the body of the battery gets swollen up, can someone help me or mayby know the reason why this is happening

I know about Big Boy / Jonway & Big Jim scooters, never heard about Big John...
It's most probably the battery itself that needs replacing

Could be the charge alternator regulator. Check battery voltage when scooter is off, then when scooter is running. Put scooter on the center stand and rev it up and see what the voltage goes up to, should not really go above 14V.
