I am getting to the end of my rope, here is the situation i have at the moment :
1. I have a databundle 3g contract with vodacom through mweb.
2. i have 2 sim cards, 1 is voice, the other is the data sim above. I have an hsdspa enabled cellphone.
3. I have to swop between simcards to make calls or go online.
I have requested that vodacom ties a voice contract to my data bundle so that i can have 1 sim for both and dont have to keep swopping sim cards all day long. Vodacom says they can't do it until mweb transfers the contract to vodacom, mweb says they refuse to transfer the contract unless i pay the contract out in full.
Either way I as the client am getting screwed over here. Both companies are meant to have a reputation for tending to the clients needs, i have been pushed around from one company to the other, i am getting nowhere and getting frustrated very fast. If anyone from vodacom or Mweb is reading this that has the power or authority to help me then please contact me at my contact details below.
If no one comes up with a solution and quickly, then i am afraid i will have to take the matter further, so please spare yourselves the embarrasment of bad press and legal procedures.
